Upon account closure for verified breach of these Terms, p282 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where closure is initiated for other reasons and no breach has been established, p282 will process withdrawal of the verified remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting p282 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed prior to account closure. Accounts subject to active investigations may be placed on hold during the investigation period.
p282 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revisions. Your continued use of the p282 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date. Remaining real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal upon account closure requested under this provision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487) governing PAGCOR's regulatory authority, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to p282's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, which shall constitute the final binding resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this section limits a player's right to file a complaint with PAGCOR directly at any time regarding a licensed operator's conduct.
